The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Return Policy

Unused, non custom-made items in brand new condition, in original packaging, including all hardware and stickers may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, a restocking fee will apply. Items shipped with Free shipping will be charged a shipping fee when returned.

All sales of installed, assembled and custom-made items are final. This includes custom cut handlebars, decks with headsets or grip tape installed, pre-drilled decks, custom cut griptape, installed grips, installed starnuts, installed wheel bearings, custom cut forks, complete custom scooters and scooters with custom cut handlebars.

Except in the case of error on the part of Inward Scooters, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To return or exchange an order, please email us for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Shipping Risk
Shopping on-line means there is the risk that something goes wrong during shipping. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier you choose. Inward Scooters is not responsible for delays while your package is under way. Packages are shipped without signature required. If you do not want the package to be left at your front door or mailbox, please order the signature required option before checking out.

Pricing
We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund the customer in case of unintended pricing errors.

Hours
Our office hours (all Central Time) are 9 am to 6pm Monday through Friday.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax Inward Scooters charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site if the location to which the order is being shipped is in Texas.
